Our Approach
Online reviews are a sensitive topic. They are subjective, sometimes exaggerated, and, due to the anonymity of the internet, not always truthful.
This is why it is critical to avoid any misunderstandings and encourage positive feedback online. In today’s world online reviews are a key success factor. As many as 94% of new patients read reviews (top and bottom) before choosing a doctor. Our advice: do not ignore them. In our review management we distinguish between medical reviews and non-medical.
Medical Reviews
any reviews that are treatment or medical related. Those require both the most finesse and expert medical knowledge to respond to. To ensure a professional answer, we briefly consult with the client.

Non-medical Reviews
reviews regarding appointment wait times, opening hours, the practice, likeability of the staff, etc. are non-medical related and are managed by us on your behalft. Of course, we agree on “the tone of voice” with our client.
